Reports

Answer questions about your field operation — who did what, how outlets are responding, and where sales are coming from.

Open Reports under the Insights group when you need a focused, filterable view of activity or survey responses for a date range. Each report is a table you can filter and, with the right permission, export.

How reports are scoped

What you see depends on your role — the report only shows data you're allowed to see.

  • Reps see their own data.
  • Managers see their territory.
  • Admins see the whole organization.

Note: The date filter defaults to today. Widen it to look back over a week, a month, or a custom range.

Tip: Reports are read-only views built for a question. If you want a live, at-a-glance picture instead, use the dashboards.

Exporting

You can export a report to CSV or Excel to share it or work on it in a spreadsheet — but exporting needs the export permission on your account. Admins always have it; other users need it switched on for them.

Best practice: If a manager needs to send reports out regularly, ask an admin to turn on their export permission once, rather than exporting on their behalf each time.

The reports, one line each

  • Rep Daily Summary — one row per rep per day: logins, customers touched, visits, leads, orders, payments, cartons by product, and distance covered.
  • Rep Productivity — visits, leads, orders, payments, and forms completed per rep, so you can compare output across the team.
  • Sales Performance — revenue and order counts rolled up by territory.
  • Visit Compliance — how closely reps followed their beats and how many planned visits they completed.
  • Leaderboard — points earned and badges, ranking your reps.
  • Form Completion Rate — how often the forms reps are meant to fill actually get completed.
  • Response By Question — answers grouped by each question in a form.
  • Outlet Feedback Summary — feedback gathered from outlets, summarized.
  • Rep Survey Activity — how much survey and form activity each rep is generating.
  • Option Distribution — for choice questions, how answers split across the available options.
  • Beat Plan Survey Coverage — how much of a beat plan's outlets have survey responses, so you can spot gaps.
  • Customer Share Analysis — how your share of business breaks down across outlets.
