Install & First Login
This page helps you get the Field Pro app onto your phone and sign in for the very first time.
You only do this once. After today, the app remembers you and unlocks much faster.
Get the app
Install Field Pro from your phone's app store, the same way you install any other app. If your organization sent you a download link or a code instead, follow that — it points to the same app.

Note: Field Pro works on both Android and iPhone. The screens look almost the same on both.
Sign in with your mobile number
When the app opens, you sign in with just two things:
- Open the app and wait for the sign-in screen.
- Type your mobile number — the same number your manager registered for you.
- Type your password.
- Tap Sign in.
That's it. You do not type your company or workspace name anywhere. The app finds the right workspace for your organization automatically from your mobile number.

Tip: If you forget your password, ask your manager to reset it for you. They can do this from the web app.
Warning: Your account is tied to the first phone you sign in on. If you switch to a new phone, your manager has to reset your device first, or sign-in is blocked. This keeps your account safe.
The advanced option (email and workspace)
Most reps never need this. But for a few special accounts — usually older accounts or admins — there's an advanced option on the sign-in screen.
Tap Advanced and you can sign in with your email and a workspace code instead of your mobile number. Use this only if your manager tells you to.

Note: If signing in by mobile number works for you, you can ignore the advanced option completely.
The welcome tour
The very first time you open Field Pro, a short welcome tour plays — a few friendly slides showing what the app does for your day. You can read through it or tap Skip, then tap Get started to begin.
You only see this tour once.

What happens next
After you sign in, the app asks for a few permissions it needs to do your job — like location and camera. That's a one-time step, and the next page walks you through it.
