Settings & Troubleshooting (Mobile)
The mobile Settings screen shows how the app is connected and running — and holds one powerful reset.
Note: This screen is mainly for admins and support. Most reps never need to open it — the app syncs and tracks on its own. If you're a rep and you land here by accident, you can safely back out.
What's on the screen
Settings is a diagnostics screen — it shows you the app's health at a glance:
- Connection — which server you're on, whether you're online, your last sync time, any sync error, and a Sync now button.
- Pricing & catalog — a quick check that your prices and product list have come down correctly.
- Tracking — a check on background location and route recording.
- App version — the version you're running, handy when reporting an issue to support.

Tip: If something looks out of date, tap Sync now and wait for it to finish. That clears up most issues on its own.
Reset local data & re-sync
At the bottom is "Reset local data & re-sync." This wipes the app's stored data on the phone and downloads everything fresh from the server.
Warning: Reset discards anything not yet synced — visits, orders, payments, or photos still waiting to go up are lost for good. Always Sync now first and make sure there's nothing waiting (no "Needs attention" records, no pending photos) before you reset. Only use this when support asks you to.
