Web App Overview & Navigation
The web admin app is where managers, admins, and supervisors run the field operation from a browser — set things up, watch the day unfold, and dig into results.
Field reps work from the mobile app out in the field. You work from the web app at your desk. This page shows you how the screen is laid out so you can find anything fast.
How the screen is laid out
The web app has three lasting parts:
- The sidebar down the left, grouped into five sections (Field, Sales, Modern Trade, Workforce, Insights).
- The Dashboard pinned at the very top of the sidebar — your home base.
- Settings pinned at the bottom, where you configure everything.
Click any item in the sidebar to open that screen in the main area to the right.

The five sidebar groups
Each group gathers the screens for one part of the work:
- Field — your outlets and the day-to-day field activity: Customers, Leads, Visits, and Beat Plans (the daily routes). See Field.
- Sales — what's being sold and collected: Orders, Payments, Set Targets, and Performance. See Sales.
- Modern Trade — the Modern Trade tools: store compliance, must-sell lists, and trade promotions. See Modern Trade overview.
- Workforce — your team's attendance, leave, expenses, and the approvals you handle. See Workforce.
- Insights — the reports, dashboards, and maps that turn activity into answers. See Reports and Dashboards & maps.
Tip: If you're not sure where a screen lives, start from the group whose name matches the work — collections are in Sales, routes are in Field, leave requests are in Workforce.
Dashboard and Settings
The Dashboard at the top is your landing summary — a quick read on how the day is going, tuned to your role. See Dashboard.
Settings at the bottom is the control room: your team and their access, outlets and territories, the catalog and pricing, forms and beat-plan rules, and your brand and policies. See Settings hub.
Note: Settings is available to admins and managers only. Supervisors and reps don't see it.
What you see depends on your role
The web app shows each person only the screens their role allows, so two people can sign in and see different sidebars.
- An admin sees everything.
- A manager sees almost everything except creating or deleting users.
- A supervisor sees their own territory's dashboards, reports, attendance, targets, and store compliance — but not the catalog, approvals, or Settings.
If a screen this guide mentions isn't in your sidebar, your role doesn't include it. See Roles & permissions for the full picture.

Best practice: Give each teammate the role that matches their job. A tighter role keeps their screen focused on the work they actually do.
