Your Day on the Today Screen

This page walks you through the Today screen — your home base — so you can run your whole day from it.

Today is the first thing you see when you open the app. It pulls together your route, your clock-in, your next stops, and your progress, all in one place.

The beat card and your progress

A beat is your planned route of outlets for the day. At the top, the beat card shows your route's name and how far along you are: how many outlets you've visited, how many remain, your visits today, and your time in the field.

As you complete visits, the progress moves on its own — no need to tick anything off.

Note: If you don't have a beat planned for today, you'll see a plain stats strip instead of the beat card, and a "due for a visit" list (below) takes its place.

Next on beat

Below the beat card, Next on beat lists your upcoming stops, with the nearest ones to do first. Each stop carries a small badge so you know its state at a glance:

Next — the stop to head to now.
You're here — you're close enough to this outlet to start.
Ongoing — you have a visit running here.
Visited — done for today.

Tap a stop to continue it, open it, or start a visit there.

Due for a visit (when you have no beat)

On days without a beat, Today shows a Due for a visit list instead. It surfaces the outlets that need you most — ones you've never visited, or ones you haven't visited in a while — at the top. It's your ready-made plan when no route is set.

If you have a visit running, a banner appears reading something like "Visit ongoing · 12 min". Tap it to jump straight back into that visit. If you leave and come back to the app mid-visit, the app opens that visit for you automatically.

Warning: You can only have one visit open at a time. Mark your current visit complete before starting the next one.

The clock-in card

The clock-in card is how you start and end your working day. It reads "Start your day" before you clock in, "On the clock since" with your start time while you're working, and "Day ended" once you clock out. It also shows how many punches are still waiting to sync.

Nearby-due drop-ins

When you're near outlets that are due for a visit — even ones not on today's beat — Today shows a nearby-due card. It's a gentle nudge for easy, opportunistic stops while you're already in the area.

Planned-deliveries reminder

If you've booked orders for future delivery and a delivery date has arrived or passed, Today shows a reminder like "3 planned deliveries due". It keeps your promised deliveries from slipping.

Points

A points card shows the points you've earned and your rank, so you can see how your day is stacking up. Tap through for the full leaderboard.

The sync strip and banners

Near the top, a sync strip shows the date, whether you're Online or Offline, and when you last synced (for example, "Sync · 09:42"). The app works fully offline, so being offline is fine — your work saves on the phone.

If something needs your attention, a colored banner appears:

An amber banner means a sync hit an error — tap it to retry.
A red banner means some records were set aside ("needs attention") because the server refused them. Open it to see why and decide what to do.

Note: Even when a record is set aside, your data stays safe on your phone. Nothing is lost. See Working offline & syncing.
